Is The Savvy Salon Summit really FREE?

YES! You can attend the virtual Summit for FREE. However, you have the option of purchasing an ALL-ACCESS PASS that entitles you to several bonuses. See the perks by CLICKING HERE.

How and where do I attend?

The Savvy Summit is entirely online. You can tune in from the comfort of your own home!. The best way to view the Summit is on a desktop computer or laptop. Cell phones are not recommended

Do I have to download anything to attend?

Nope! All you have to do is login to your membership portal at GrooveFunnels and The Savvy Salon Summit will be there for you to attend.    

Where do I view the interviews each day?

You'll receive an email each day with a link to access the industry expert interviews. You will need to login to your membership portal at GrooveFunnels.

Can I watch this on my phone or tablet?

The best way is to attend The Savvy Salon Summit is on a desktop computer or laptop. The platform that we are using to host The Savvy Salon Summit has a mobile system that is currently in its beta launch phase. Therefore, we do not recommend using a cell phone to attend.

Is there close captioning and/or transcripts provided?

The pre-recorded expert interviews will be transcripted for all attendees. However, closed-caption is not available for the live Q&A portion of the Summit.

What time does the Summit start and end each day?

See the schedule of events HERE. Please be mindful of what time zone you're in. The daily schedule can be viewed in the Home Page of the Summit. 

How long are the pre-recorded interviews with the speakers?

Each interview with industry experts is approximately 30-45 minutes long followed by a live Q&A portion.                                                           

I missed an interview because... How can I see the previous interviews?

Bummer! If you miss a day or don't have a chance to watch all of the speakers, you will have an option to view them again for FREE during the replay period.

Or, you can purchase the ALL-ACCESS PASS to watch the presentations and refer back any time you wish. Don't forget, the ALL-ACCESS PASS also gets you all the bonus offers as well. #winning

Do you give my email address to all the speakers?

No, it doesn't work that way. By joining The Savvy Salon Summit, you're sharing your email address with the host, me, the founder of Be Salon Savvy.

Many of our speakers have free gifts and special offers for the attendees who purchase an All-Access Pass. To receive these offers an email address is typically required.

You can unsubscribe at any time. The law says so.

Can I ask the speaker a question?

Great question! Those who have purchased an ALL-ACCESS PASS will be able to attend the live Q&A portion of the summit. This is your opportunity to ask the speaker your question(s) by typing it in the chat.

The expert interviews and/or the live Q&A sessions are slow or skipping. What can I do about it?

There's a couple of things that could cause this issue: The main cause could be the strength of your internet connection. High-speed internet is a must for streaming, especially for the live Q&A portion of the Summit. We recommend a connection speed of no less than 10 Mbs. Most cable and DSL providers offer this as their base minimum. Satellite internet, though considered high speed, may skip and pause due to the time it takes for the data to travel to space and back to your computer. You can test your internet connection speed for free at speedtest.net. If this is the issue, we recommend finding a place you can visit that offers high-speed internet while attending the summit.

Furthermore, we recommend the latest version of Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. Internet Explorer will work, but it must be version 9 or higher. Version 8 and older have known issues with streaming video and are not supported

I placed an order but never received it. What do I do now?

Oh no! Please accept our apologies. The Savvy Salon Summit automatically generates a confirmation email and immediately sends it.

- Please check your other folders within your email. Such as Promotions, Social, Junk, and Spam folders/tabs.

- Was your order placed through PayPal? If your PayPal account is associated with a different email address, you’ll likely find it in that inbox.

- Have you marked one of our emails as Spam? When this happens, our system is forbidden from sending any email communications to you.

- If you are still unable to find your confirmation email, please send a request to [email protected] from the email account that you registered with for The Savvy Salon Summit.

What/where is your privacy policy information?

Is the survey information confidential?

The name, email, address, and phone number fields on the survey are optional. If you wish to remain anonymous, leave those fields blank. However, If you wish to be entered in the drawing(s), you will need to provide your name and contact information so that we can get your prize to you. It's our way of thank you for taking the time to participate in the survey. We use the information in the surveys to help us improve and provide a better event in the future.

I forgot my password. What do I do now?

If you forgot your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. It will take you through the steps to reset your password.
